Have you met Jingle Cat?  The beloved Boulder City Christmas Mascot Jingle Cat will be making her annual appearance at the Christmas tree lighting.  School children will be singing, Boulder City Rotary will be passing out Hot Coco and the entire community will countdown to the moment when the tree is illuminated!
