National Night Out is an annual event, started in 1984, to promote neighborhood camaraderie and police-community partnerships.
Since then, millions of people in 16,000 communities have taken part in National Night Out events such as block parties, festivals, parades, cookouts, and various other community events.
This year, National Night Out takes place in Henderson & Boulder City the evening of Tuesday, October 4th.

Henderson National Night Out events happening in 2022 include:
Safety Demonstrations, Henderson Police and Henderson Fire vehicles, Kids activities, Vendors and community partners! Foot hill Chior and Drum Line will be headlining the event with Ignite Dance Studio. Demonstrations include K-9 training, SWAT tactile demonstration, obstical course and rope repelling!

Time for Boulder City's National Night Out!!
Now, I know from years and years on experience that Boulder City know how to host an event! (Those of you that attended Würstfest and famed Art in the Park know exactly what I mean!) The air ambulance will be on hand for some upclose and personal viewing, as will ambulances, police cars and fire trucks! (Will they bring out the 2 new Police Tesla's and the Mach 3?) I love getting pics of my kids in the Fireman turnout gear! This year, Ruben, of Ruben's Wood Craft and Toys will be hosting an Art Workshop and the dunk tank will feature none other than our Boulder City Dispatchers!
If you only do one thing, let it be the RAFFLE! I have won some amazing cool prizes and it benefits the four legged K9 officers, our amazing Mounted Unit and our Animal Shelter.
If you only watch one thing, let it be the Annual Softball Game! Police Department vs Fire Department! Has there ever been a bigger rivalry?? Winner takes bragging rites for an entire year!
