Field Trip Friday with Macaroni Kid at Boulder City Antique Market

By Heather Leigh Carroll-Landon, PhD - Publisher Macaroni Kid, Henderson-Boulder City, North Las Vegas, & SW Las Vegas February 11, 2021

We kicked off our first Field Trip Friday of the year (yeah...we are a bit behind) and found ourselves exploring Downtown Boulder City. Our adventures took us there because our son wanted to learn more about antiques. (Actually, at first  he just wanted to see if they had any vintage games, but at least he acted interested when I talked about the different types of antiques in the store.)

I discovered our visit to Boulder City Antique Market was a great way to teach him a bit about history. Immediately upon entering the building, you are taken back on an exciting journey through time. This location is home to furniture, antiques, jewelry and much more. With more than 40 different vendor spots available, there is definitely something for everyone.

Our son loves learning about history and enjoys exploring antique stores like this one. Every time we enter the store, he always finds something unique and is excited to purchase it.

Oh, don’t forget to grab one of their root beers or cream sodas before leaving. That is our favorite part about visiting.

Boulder City Antiques is located at 1101 Arizona Street in Boulder City (89005) and is also home to Alo’s Auction House. This location is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Click here for additional information.
