Las Vegas-Clark County Libraries offer curbside pick-up

Things are slowly starting to open back up here in the Las Vegas, Henderson and Boulder City areas. The Governor recently announced we are moving into Phase 2 of reopening and businesses are starting to announce their official reopening dates. As we wait for businesses to reopen, Las Vegas-Clark County Libraries are starting to offer more services and as of May 16, 2020 the library system started offering curbside pick up. 

With this new program, you can now set up at time to drop by your local branch and pick up any books you have on hold. There is a designated curbside pick up area that you can drive, bike or walk up to. Branches this service is available at includes:

  • Centennial Hills Library
  • Clark County Library
  • Enterprise Library
  • East Las Vegas Library
  • Rainbow Library
  • Sahara West Library
  • Spring Valley Library
  • Summerlin Library
  • Sunrise Library
  • West Charleston Library
  • West Las Vegas Library
  • Whitney Library
  • Windmill Library

It is important everyone follows the guidelines set by the library for using curbside pick-up. Here are the curbside pick-up rules: 

  • Must have a valid library card
  • Library materials must be returned using outside book returns
  • Pick-ups only available from designated pick-up area
  • Customers can call ahead to put items on hold
  • No new items can be added in pick-up area
  • Pick-ups may be scheduled a maximum of five days in advance
