Engineering for Kids offers free at-home resources and activities

Engineering for Kids Las Vegas West offers extracurricular, project-based, STEM classes for kids ages 4-14. Students who attend classes at Engineering for Kids get experience practicing problem solving as they learn to build and use technology. To help parents and students through the current COVID-19 situation, Engineering for Kids Las Vegas West has released a list of online resources and activities available for families. 

Here is a list of virtual resources from the Engineering for Kids Las Vegas West website: 

Free online activities are also available, including 3D Modeling and Exploration and 2D Video Game Design (Bioxels and Scratch). There is no need to register for these activities. All you need to do is set up a free TinkerCAD account for your child (for 3D) by clicking here. For the Bioxels activity, set up a free TinkerCAD account for your child by clicking here. Click here to download a desktop version of Scratch so your child can use it without Internet later on.
